Christy says . . .

My friends and I had gone to JJ’s Grill once a week for quite a while and he happened to walk in that night. I saw him and I knew he looked familiar, but I couldn't place him at first. I finally figured out who he was, though I’d never actually met him before, I knew we had gone to high school together. He was sporting a go-tee, his hair was spiked up and he was wearing a black leather jacket. Eventually he came over and introduced himself to me and my friends. At this point I was engaged, so I didn’t think too much of him. I did think he was HOT, but I kinda brushed it off my shoulder. My relationship at that point with Stacy was really on the rocks, and I had been contemplating what to do for quite some time but I was still a loyal girlfriend to him.

He told all of us to wait right there, he had something to do, but he’d be right back. We waited for quite a while, but then decided it was time to head out.

He continued to show up every week and actually gave his number to my mom to give to me a couple of times. After getting to know him at JJ’s after a while, I finally decided to call him. We spoke on the phone briefly from time to time, but we remained friends for a few weeks while we got to know each other. I finally called it quits with my ex for pre-existing conditions. Although Tim and I continued to hang out and chat as friends for a couple more months. I came to realize how much Tim and I had in common. I adored his sense of humor. I actually got to be myself around him, thus I really enjoyed spending time with him. We started dating casually for a few months until we made it official. Seven months from the time we met, we became official. With this relationship, I’ve learned to take things slow; Tim taught me the value of patience in a budding relationship. With patience, we were able to build a trusting and loving relationship.

My brother and her mom became friends while going to JJ’s bar located behind Ollies Beer and Wine. My brother kept telling me I needed to come down there on Thursday nights because that was karaoke night and he wanted me to meet Christy. Her mom and my brother wanted to get us together because she was in a dead end relationship with Stacy and I was playing a lot of girls at one time. So I came down one Thursday night and checked out the sights and introduced myself to her.
